My verbum Dei Experience
To those who do not know me greetings and hello. My name is Jeremiah English and this is my Senior Capstone. I wanted to tell you a little about myself first before I started everything else though. So I transferred into Verbum Dei during my sophomore year and have been here ever since. My previous school was small and I didn’t like it much so I wanted a change. Though Verbum Dei was a big change I soon got used to it and even enjoyed it. However not everything about my school year was perfect. I was diagnosed with epilepsy in my junior year and it effected me all the way up to my senior year until is stopped for a while. I am on medicine for it so I am fine for now but other than that my grades haven’t always been the best but I continually find ways to bring them up and be the best student I can be. That’s all their is about me so without further introduction my Senior Capstone.

This quote is often referred to Viktor Frankl who stated "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves“. I like this quote because the world threw a lot of change my way that I simply could not change so I had to adapt to it by changing myself instead of the world.
